This is an exciting career opportunity as a Business Travel Advisor where you will be part of an international team that specializes in customer experiences.
You will provide expert support and answer travel-related questions to business customers before, during and after their travels. Log all interactions, make new flight reservations, change existing ones, check rules and regulations on tickets regarding cancellation or changes. Contribute positively to customer experience, treat each contact responsibly, achieve set performance targets. Provide information solutions advise clients effectively communicate with strong professional skills.
