Sales Specialist (Admissions) – Premium Recovery & Wellness

Your role:
build trust fast, understand deeply, and convert with integrity.
What You’ll Actually Do
Handle inbound enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, referrals) — no cold calling Lead high-quality consultations with clients and families in sensitive situations Identify needs and design tailored recovery solutions Convert qualified leads into admissions (consultative, not aggressive) Coordinate with internal team and external medical partners Build relationships with referral sources (clinics, therapists, family offices, concierges)
