Role
We are looking for a Turkish Area Manager to join our dynamic GPPO team in Barcelona. This role is dedicated to managing and expanding our healthcare provider network in Turkey. The ideal candidate will be a Turkish national with in-depth knowledge of the local healthcare system and strong negotiation skills. You will play a key role in building strategic relationships with healthcare facilities, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting our global medical assistance services.
Responsibilities
* Network Development: Identify, onboard, and maintain partnerships with healthcare facilities across Turkey.
* Negotiation & Relationship Management: Negotiate commercial terms and foster long-term relationships with providers.
* Operational Support: Assist with processes related to medical assistance and claims management.
* Compliance & Quality: Coordinate with local agents to ensure service quality and adherence to compliance standards.
* Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates and insights on network performance and market trends.
Contract & Benefits
* Start Date: Immediate incorporation.
* Contract: Permanent contract through EA.
* Work Schedule: Full-time; split shifts Monday-Thursday and intensive Fridays. Flexible start times.
* Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote). Initial training period will be 100% on-site.
