Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Consultant with excellent sales skills, strong relationship and negotiation abilities, and experience in the residential sector. The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, autonomous, analytical, methodical, communicative, proactive, and eager to learn, to join the Colliers office in Marbella.

Responsibilities
* Integrated within the Residential Sales Advisory Department, your main responsibilities will be:
* Commercial responsibility in project sales.
* Direct project management: coordination and execution of visits, meetings, client follow-ups, and signing of deeds.
* Marketing: coordination and advice to the developer;
contact with the developer's marketing department for the execution of defined marketing actions.
* Negotiation, completion, and closing of contracts.
* Responsible for including project-related information in Salesforce and the client's CRM.
Qualifications
* Knowledge of the Residential market in Costa del Sol.
* Minimum two years of experience in the high-end residential market. Training or experience in hotels will be valued.
* Bachelor's or Diploma in Architecture, Business Administration, Law, Economics, Commercial Management, Marketing.
* High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
* Languages: English and Spanish (bilingual or native). A third language (e.G., Swedish, Polish, German, French) is valued.
Additional Information
* Start date: Immediate.
* Contract type: Permanent.
* The position involves working during commercial hours, with possible shifts on Saturdays and/or Sundays, ensuring a balance between working time and rest.
