Fresco is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer for our IoT Team with Python and AWS experience to drive the design and development of the next generation of our multi-sided smart kitchen platform: the Fresco KitchenOS. Fresco is experiencing significant growth as an end-to-end IoT and guided cooking platform providing award-winning capabilities and experiences for appliance manufacturers, recipe producers, and home cooks.

As a Senior Platform Engineer, you'll:

We're looking for someone with:
9. 3+ years of experience building highly scalable distributed systems for IoT (think 1 million+ devices!).
10. 3+ years of experience architecting and deploying secure IoT platforms.
11. Python & AWS pro: You're fluent in both Python and AWS services like IoT Core, S3, DynamoDB, and Lambda.
12. Data whiz: You understand data platform architectures and can translate them into real-world applications.
13. Security champion: Building secure IoT platforms is second nature to you.
14. Communication maestro: You can clearly explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
15. Collaborative spirit: You thrive in a team environment and enjoy mentoring others.
16. Problem-solving expert: You can identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot complex platform issues.
17. A hunger to learn: You're passionate about staying ahead of the curve.
18. Fluent English is a must.
Bonus points if you have:
19. A Bachelor's degree in software development or a related field.
20. Experience as a data or systems architect.
