The mission of this role is to lead the global data strategy, ensuring the quality, unification, and effective use of information as a key lever for decision-making, operational efficiency, and business profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global data strategy, ensuring a single source of truth across the organization.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team and drive the performance and development of internal talent.
- Act as a strategic business partner, enabling data interpretation and exploitation for critical decision-making.
- Manage local and international stakeholders, as well as external vendors, ensuring the correct implementation of functional solutions.
- Support innovation initiatives and contribute to the launch of new products and services from an analytical perspective.
- Promote and enhance the use of Artificial Intelligence, driving the development of high-impact use cases.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading Data / Analytics functions in complex environments.
- Strong background in data architectures, BI, and advanced analytics.
- A non hands-on profile is not required;
however, the ability to lead technical discussions with architecture and development teams is essential.
- Experience working in regulated environments with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation skills, and strategic vision.
- Languages: Fluent Spanish and English.
Education
- University degree, preferably in a technology and/or finance-related field.
- Additional training in Data, Analytics, or related areas.
