A Day in the Life
Join a mission-driven team that's transforming how Cranial and Spinal therapies are delivered. As Training & Education Specialist, you'll lead the design, delivery and continuous evolution of our Field and Medical Education programs – empowering commercial and clinical teams with the knowledge and confidence to improve patient outcomes through innovation.
Reporting to the Training & Education Manager – Cranial Spinal Technologies, you will be part of a high-performing team and be primarily responsible for the development and delivery of Spine customer courses, internal sales trainings and lead projects, playing a vital role in enabling scalable growth and commercial success across the CST business.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
* Plan, develop and coordinate impactful training programs for field personnel and customers.
* Obtain information needed to prepare training programs; prepare training materials; develop course content; determine methodology and coordinate the development of training aids.
* Ensure training programs meet company and customer objectives, applying a continuous improvement mindset.
* Maintain communication with customers, faculty and internal stakeholders to ensure effectiveness of training.
* Partner cross-functionally with Product Marketing, as well as other trainers and Subject Matter Experts, leveraging technical expertise as needed for specialized delivery.
* Continuously revise lesson plans to meet new training requirements, evolving technology and procedural standards keeping resources up to date.
Required Knowledge and Experience:
* Advanced degree in Life-science, Health, Marketing, Engineering or Business Administration
* At least 5 years of working experience in Spine therapies and our Enabling Technologies.
* Fluent in English.
* Experience in an international, multicultural environment.
* Ability to work effectively with physicians.
* Good analytical and presentation skills.
* Able to plan, organize, monitor and conclude a project autonomously.
* Travel: approximately 30%.
Other nice-to-haves that can be of an advantage are experience in educating customer or other colleagues, an additional European language, knowledge in Cranial therapies, MS Office toolset mastery.
