Main responsibilities:
Participate in the implementation and development of the global process template in S/4 HANA.
Analyze, define, and configure business processes in IBP Demand, Fulfilment/Response, and Supply Planning.
Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and IT teams to align system capabilities with business needs.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications within SAP IBP modules.
Configure SAP IBP modules to support optimized planning processes.
Set up planning areas, key figures, views, and time profiles.
Integrate IBP with other systems (e.G., SAP ECC/S4HANA, APO, external data sources).
Support the entire implementation lifecycle from blueprinting to go-live.
Conduct testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
Monitor system performance and gather user feedback for improvements.
Stay updated on SAP IBP innovations and best practices.
Required skills and competencies:
Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of experience in SAP IBP Supply, Response, and/or Demand planning.
Knowledge in SAP SD, MM, APO, ATP is a bonus.
Strong process knowledge in logistics/supply chain.
Experience working in Agile (SCRUM) environments;
project management experience is a bonus.
Fluent in English.
Willingness for limited international travel (scheduled in advance, mainly within Europe).
