Experteer Overview In this role you will execute sales plans aligned with SBU and sustainability goals to grow existing accounts and win new ones. You will develop customer roadmaps and loyalty initiatives, drive sales targets, and represent the brand in stores and salons. You will collaborate with KAM, technical teams, and distributors to ensure effective promotions, pricing, and customer service, while managing orders, contracts, and payments. You will travel regularly to engage with customers and deliver demonstrations, trainings, and field activities. This position offers impact across cross-functional teams within a sustainability-minded organization.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Execute sales plans and strategy to maintain and grow customers - Develop action plans per customer to enhance loyalty and partnerships - Deliver sales targets and distribution KPIs in territory and accounts - Build strong customer relationships and implement feedback - Coordinate with KAM and sales on tasks and priorities;

execute KAM strategy - Manage distributor salesforce or 3rd-party representation - Ensure in-store brand representation and merchandising excellence - Conduct field visits, monitor stock and promotions, identify gaps - Coordinate education with technical advisors - Process orders, negotiate agreements, and handle reporting/contract tasks - Manage overdue payments, block orders if needed;
leverage CRM, data analytics, and automationResponsabilidades - 2-3 years of sales experience (preferably in chemical sector - adhesives) - Solid technical background / knowledge of manufacturing processes - Consultative selling: diagnose root causes and address customer pain points - Ability to build long-term partnerships and engage multiple stakeholders - Territory management: plan routes and prioritize high-potential accounts - Independent, self-organized work style - Strong communication: translate technical capabilities into business value - Able to demonstrate product demos, training sessions, and workshops - Valid driver’s license and ability to travel >
