Work arrangement
This position is based fully on-site (no remote) at our EU HQ office (Cornella, Barcelona).

Key responsibilities
- Provide legal support and advice on business operations in EU.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation, coordinating with external law firms when necessary.
- Provide guidance on labor law, data protection (GDPR), and corporate governance matters.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and deliver solutions to mitigate potential risks.
- Prepare regular legal reports and updates for management.
- Support training sessions to enhance legal awareness within the company.
- Support the other legal and compliance requirements of company.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Law;
admission to practice law in Spain preferred.
- 3+ years of legal experience, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing industries.
- Strong knowledge of Spanish Civil law, labor law, commercial law, Catalan law, and requirements.
- Experience in GDPR and corporate governance frameworks.
- Fluent in Spanish and English;
Chinese is a plus.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with business-oriented thinking.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
