We are now hiring a Norwegian-speaking Customer Service Representative to join the team in Málaga (hybrid). You’ll work with one of Europe’s leading digital banks, providing excellent service and support to customers via email and phone.
What you will do
* Handle customer inquiries via email and phone in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
* Provide accurate information and make customers feel supported and secure.
* Follow established guidelines and processes set by the bank.
What we are looking for
We’re looking for someone with strong communication skills, a service mindset, and the motivation to grow in a dynamic environment.
You are a great match if you :
* Are a native or fluent Norwegian speaker with advanced English skills.
* Have a positive and open mindset, ensuring the best possible customer experience.
* Have previous experience in customer service.
* Possess good written, verbal, and listening skills.
It’s a plus if you :
* Have experience within banking, invoicing, or collections — but it’s not required, as full training will be provided.
