The Principal Channel Marketing Manager for EMEA will collaborate with our distributors and solutions integration partners to increase demand through marketing activities and scale our business. Through co-marketing, you will align with partners on goals and strategies that support our business objectives. You will capture data, evaluate the impact of strategies, and report the results with a focus on lead generation, marketing-influenced opportunity creation, and return on investment.Responsibilities :
Responsible for growing revenue through our indirect channel via Distribution and Solution Integration partners in the EMEA region through co-marketing activities.Collaborate with partners to develop coordinated marketing strategies aligned with our campaigns and business unit strategies.Develop co-marketing strategies to drive eCommerce booking results through distributor platforms.Allocate co-marketing funds to distributors at the start of the year and propose a funding plan to improve ROI.Meet regularly with distributors and partners to ensure alignment and progress.Maintain relationships with regional teams (Channel Sales Managers, country sales, field marketing) to ensure alignment between marketing and sales plans.Collaborate with Marcom and digital marketing teams.Identify and pilot innovative demand generation programs with partners.Lead monthly lead council meetings to review lead performance and adjustments.Gather co-marketing data, evaluate strategies, and report quarterly to leadership, focusing on ROI.Qualifications :
Over a decade of experience in driving revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives.Expertise in partnering with distributors and stakeholders to align with business goals and generate demand.Proven ability to build positive relationships with internal and external teams for seamless alignment.Strong analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and optimize strategies.Initiative, self-starter attitude, and dedication to innovation in co-marketing.Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.Outstanding communication skills and integrity.Experience working with distribution channels or system integrators is a plus.Preferred Skills :
