We're partnering with an organisation undergoing a major Workday transformation and are looking for an experienced Programme Director to lead delivery.Day Rate: Competitive (dependent on experience)Contract: 6–12 months (extensions highly likely)️ The Role:You will lead a large-scale Workday programme, overseeing multiple workstreams and acting as the key point of contact for senior stakeholders.Own end-to-end delivery of a Workday HCM & Financials programmeEngage with HR leadership and executive stakeholdersLead SI and client-side teams across multiple regionsDrive governance, risk management, and programme performanceEnsure delivery across timelines, budget, and scopeKey Experience Required:Proven experience as a Programme Director on Workday HCM programmesStrong background in global HR transformation initiativesExperience managing multi-country or regional rolloutsAbility to lead large, distributed delivery teamsExperience across modules such as Core HCM, Talent, Recruiting, or Compensation & FinancialsBackground working with leading Workday partners (e.G.
