The role
In this position, you will serve as a liaison between the IS / IT & business consumers and customers. As part of the product team, you bring deep understanding of the opportunities and issues facing your business function and advise on the best solutions. You will translate business strategies, opportunities, threats, and needs into IS / IT product requirements, and play a key role within the product team to specify, test, and deploy these as global IS / IT solutions for the Group.
What you’ll do
1. Drive the S / 4 Hana core ERP implementation for the General Ledger and Asset products.
2. Define, drive, and deliver the technology roadmap with the Product Manager, solution architect, and business stakeholders, analyzing, documenting, and testing program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
3. Partner with business and IS / IT to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements, pain points, or opportunities into IS / IT requirements.
4. Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement, and opportunities for process automation.
5. Develop, motivate, and direct staff from various organizations to understand business needs and find solutions aligned with customer objectives and IS / IT strategy.

Minimum qualifications
* Solid knowledge of basic Financial Accounting in an SAP context, focusing on General Ledger, Assets, Record to Report, Treasury flows, and other modules like Controlling, Management Accounting, Tax, Order to Cash, Source to Pay, Hire to Retire.
* At least 6 years of experience in Financial Accounting within a complex international corporate environment.
* Experience in greenfield implementations and designing solutions/applications.
* Skills aligned with Nestlé Leadership Framework: result focus, proactive cooperation, initiative.
* Excellent communication skills.
Bonus Points If You
* Have knowledge of SAP S / 4 Hana and Central Finance.
* Have previous experience implementing SAP S / 4 Hana.
