We are seeking an experienced and motivated IVD Country Sales Manager to lead the growth of our IVD business in Spain & Portugal. This role will focus on market expansion, business development, and leading the local sales team to achieve business objectives. The idóneo candidate will bring at least 10 years of IVD industry experience, with a proven track record of sales leadership and market development.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the IVD sector in Spain & Portugal.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, and key healthcare organizations to expand the sales network and drive business growth.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
Lead, coach, and motivate the local sales team to meet and exceed targets, ensuring high performance and alignment with company goals.
Provide necessary training, sales tools, and support to optimize sales efforts. Collaborate with marketing to promote the Ozelle brand through local events and campaigns.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in IVD sales or marketing, with a strong track record of success in market development and team management.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biomedical Science, Medical Devices, Marketing, or a related field.
In-depth knowledge of the local IVD market, healthcare regulations, and customer needs.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and analytical skills. Fluent in both Spain and English.
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing market conditions.
Willingness to travel frequently across the country and neighboring countries (if necessary) to support business development and maintain client relationships. xhfqzwm
