An opportunity for a IT Project Manager has arisen within Airbus Helicopters (Albacete, Spain). The Operational Performance Team is looking for a proactive Project Manager to lead transformation initiatives that bridge the gap between high‑level cloud strategy and daily operational excellence. You will be the engine of change within our Hosting Control Tower, ensuring that our infrastructure evolves without compromising the stability of our RUN operations.

Your Challenges
* Transformation & Lifecycle Management
* Obsolescence Program Lead: Coordinate the end‑to‑end decommissioning and upgrade projects for unsupported HW, OS, and Databases (targeting MAR DataCenters and legacy stacks).
* Cloud & Hybrid Transition: Lead migration projects and the integration of Sovereign Cloud solutions into our standard operational catalog.
* Technical Debt Reduction: Partner with the team to transform Technical Debt data into actionable project roadmaps.
* Service Evolution & Automation
* Self‑Service Catalog Expansion: Act as the Project Manager for the Self‑Service Portal, coordinating between Design and Automation to launch new automated service lines.
* Continuous Service Improvement (CSI): Drive Lean projects to optimize repetitive operational tasks, reducing manual lead times for our customers.
* Stakeholder & Supplier Synergy
* Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary PM interface for PSL Domains (Product Service Lines) to ensure their hosting requirements are met during major application deployments (e.g., 3Dx, newERP).
* Supplier Diplomacy: Lead specialized Task Forces with subcontractors to resolve systemic performance bottlenecks or to implement new contractual service levels.
* FinOps Integration: Support projects aimed at improving Showback visibility and cloud cost‑optimization initiatives.
* Resilience & Cyber‑Readiness
* DRP & Recovery Projects: Manage the implementation of the IRE (Isolation & Recovery Environment) and coordinate multi‑domain ransomware recovery simulations.
* Monitoring Evolution: manage the deployment of Self‑Healing capabilities within our monitoring ecosystem.
Skills
* Education: Master’s degree level (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
* Experience: 10 years proven track record in IT Project Management within a production/RUN environment (Infrastructure, Cloud, or DataCenter scope).
* Methodology: Strong knowledge of ITIL v4, Prince2/PMP, and Agile methodologies. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma is a plus. General knowledge on IT infrastructure (network, technical infrastructure).
* Supplier Management: Experience in managing technical subcontractors and enforcing deliverables.
* Soft Skills:
* Diplomatic & Persuasive: Able to influence both technical experts and business stakeholders.
* Crisis Robustness: Ability to maintain project momentum even when RUN incidents demand attention.
* Collaborative: A true team player who can bridge the gap between Farid, Laurent, Matthieu, Benjamin, and Didier.
* Languages: Fluent English (working language). French and German are a plus.
