Managing a global product portfolio for CUI, High Heat and Insulation coatings (product strategy, development roadmap, positioning, promotion, lifecycle management, demand planning) Running cross-functional product development projects through stage-gate process. Engaging our customers and supporting our commercial teams through deep technical expertise in the area of CUI, insulation, and relevant test methods. Driving value propositions and ensuring fit for purpose and competitive product offerings to meet market needs and industry trends. We expect you to have Robust industry experience in oil & gas, chemicals, or coatings, ideally with global exposure, is a key asset Degree in engineering, polymer science, or chemistry preferred Experience with CUI, RBI, and insulation is essential for this role. Familiarity with relevant test methods would be a strong advantage. Proven experience leading projects involving product optimization, product launches and/or product development. Global-scale project exposure will be a strong asset. P roficiency in English, problem-solving abilities, and passion for sustainability. You will demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a sharp commercial focus, with the ability to identify and drive new business opportunities, while excelling at managing cross-functional teamwork.
