About the Role:

This is a paid trainee opportunity that will allow you to grow within the world of FMCG marketing, actively participating in brand strategies that win hearts across the globe.
Main Responsibilities:
In this exciting role, you will be working closely with our teams and creative agencies to bring impactful ideas to life. Additionally, you will support the development of communication assets and promotional materials that strengthen brand presence across multiple touchpoints. Media and activity planning will become part of your daily routine, helping ensure our brands shine in a competitive market. Extracting insights from tools such as Nielsen data will allow you to contribute to strategic decisions, while a variety of ad‑hoc projects will keep your creative marketing and analytical marketing skills continuously challenged. Collaboration is essential here, and you will experience firsthand what it means to work in a fast-paced and highly connected environment.
About You:
We are seeking someone eager to develop within the world of marketing and ready to embrace responsibility from day one. A Bachelor’s degree is required, while a Marketing Master’s or MBA is a strong advantage. Prior marketing experience; even in junior roles such as marketing internship, marketing trainee, or marketing assistant; is an appreciated plus. A proactive mindset, excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines will help you succeed. Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and confidence in Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally Nielsen, are key to thriving in this role. Above all, you bring passion, curiosity and the drive to contribute meaningfully to our brands and category.
