Experteer Overview In this role, you drive Personal and Process Safety, Construction Safety, Security, Health, and Environment improvements at the site level, guiding both employees and contractors. You’ll implement SSHE technology, tools, and processes to support site leadership in managing SSHE risks and achieving performance targets. You will ensure regulatory compliance and champion a strong SSHE culture across the site. This position offers the chance to shape safety and sustainability initiatives within a global framework and collaborate across functions to deliver measurable impact.Compensaciones / Beneficios - Set and drive the SSHE implementation plan aligned with European and Global strategies - Lead the site SSHE team and maintain cross-geography risk awareness for changes (capital projects, acquisitions, divestitures) - Govern and monitor SSHE culture, track performance, and manage the auditing program for compliance - Oversee local governance tools and ensure accurate representation of geography in global systems (PAR, SPR, Safety Pillar, SHENet, MOC, SIRA, Power BI) - Ensure legal compliance and Unilever standards, manage change with proper procedures, and enforce security requirements - Develop and deliver SSHE capability building, training, and expertise across site functions - Support incident management, investigations, and root-cause analysis;
lead central safety committees - Translate global standards into local practice and generate local SSHE reporting and trend analysis - Balance cost, capital, and headcount with SSHE expectations - Promote data-informed reporting for internal and external stakeholders - Maintain and improve local expertise in SSHE technologies and critical risk areasResponsabilidades - Master's degree in occupational health & safety - Minimum 5 years of experience in SHE roles and supply chain operations - Strong knowledge of Spanish local regulations and compliance - Expertise in process safety and construction safety - Leadership and people-management ability with senior stakeholder influence - Experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments - Working knowledge of SSHE IT tools and integration into business processes - Proven analytical thinking and project management skills - Technology experience in engineering, data analysis, and environmental operations - Excellent observation and auditing capabilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneouslyRequisitos principales -
