Backoffice Sales Manager

The roleAs part of our growth in B2B and international hospitality projects, we are looking for a Backoffice Sales Manager.

This role is key to ensuring an excellent and reliable management of orders, clients and projects within the luxury hospitality segment, leading the backoffice team and guaranteeing a service level aligned with premium standards. The role reports to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and covers both national and international business.

We especially value experience working in high-demand environments such as luxury hospitality, where service level and attention to detail are critical.

What will you do?Lead and organize the Sales Backoffice team (3 people), ensuring workload balance and deadlines.Oversee the full order lifecycle for B2B clients and bespoke projects.Ensure accuracy in invoicing, documentation and commercial conditions.Maintain reliable and updated data in ERP systems (clients, orders, pricing).Act as a key link between Sales and internal teams (operations, production, logistics, finance).Support the sales team in offers, special orders and tailored projects.Manage client incidents with a high level of service and responsiveness.Coordinate luxury hospitality projects, ensuring quality, timing and customization.Monitor delivery timelines and proactively communicate deviations.Drive continuous improvement in processes and tools.Manage international operations and client communication.

What are we looking for?Degree in Business Administration, International Business or similar.Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial backoffice / customer service in B2B environments, including team management.Experience working with luxury hospitality clients or premium B2B environments will be highly valued.Solid knowledge of international operations, incoterms and export documentation.Experience working with ERP systems and commercial processes.Fluent English (C1 or above) is essential, both written and spoken, in a professional international environment.Highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable profile.Strong client orientation and sensitivity to premium product.Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
