TRADE MARKETING TEAM.
The Role
Support the Trade Marketing department in developing national projects and managing relationships with retailers and salons.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily operational activities, including monitoring brand and promotion performance monthly and quarterly.
* Manage creative works with external agencies.
* Design and create POSM and sales promotion materials from conception to installation.
* Benchmark and analyze competitors’ performance.
* Ensure proper implementation of promotions and brand visibility in salons and proshops.
* Track purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
* Support clients and sales teams with marketing issues.
* Create, review, or translate sales support materials such as presentations, brochures, and sales speeches.
* Build relationships with Marketing, Global Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams for smooth daily operations.
* Assist in executing and coordinating marketing events and courses.
* Contribute ideas to develop and optimize the customer loyalty program.
* Manage content for the loyalty program website.
* Develop actions to grow customer business and improve customer experience (CX).
* Provide administrative and other marketing support to the department.
Experience, Education & Skills
Students in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or related master’s programs. Proficiency in Office and Excel. English level B2-C1.
