Experteer Overview In this role you will support the maintenance function to ensure equipment reliability and safety. You work within a cross-functional setting to implement maintenance best practices, drive continuous improvement, and optimize costs and uptime. You will lead QRQC efforts for maintenance incidents and contribute to industrialization of new equipment and processes. control budget adherence - Lead maintenance QRQC and deploy ERIM / TPM - Ensure release and update of technical documentation and Work Instructions - Ensure equipment FMEA are kept up to date;
maintain spare parts lists - Contribute to safety and environment risk reduction and support new equipment/process industrialization - Participate in maintenance QRQC and pilot PDCA / FTA / 5 WHYs on topics assigned - Prepare LLC & Kaizen Cards;
