Industrial Engineers wanted!
MDLZ International is looking for trainees to cover several positions in its Granollers Factory, located 25 km from BCN. We would like to reinforce several positions in the following departments: Production, Maintenance, Quality and Continuous Improvement. Do you want to try?
Maintenance / Spare Parts Analyst
Improve and manage the plant’s spare parts following company guidelines and the maintenance manager’s direction.
Redefine and digitize the spare parts management process.
Manage and control the different warehouses located in the plant with technical team support.
Attend European regional meetings to follow and apply the standards defined by the company.
Receive and manage the plant’s spare parts.
Process/Continuous Improvement – Process Engineer Intern
Engage in Daily Management System Meetings to lead plans for loss analysis and loss eradication.
Coach and lead core teams to identify and analyze losses and develop solutions using Lean problem‑solving tools.
Address and guide resolution of technical issues in the line, applying problem‑solving tools.
Analyze performance data to support Integral Efficiency improvement—clear targets to reduce planned and unplanned downtime.
Provide technical support to develop new cost‑saving programmes and execute projects.
Manage and lead the change management system for the line.
Establish a solid association with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, Security and Logistics for improvement and standardization of processes.
Quality Department – Quality Technician Intern
Participate in daily meetings on the production line.
Analyze complaints and participate in RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and coordination of actions to prevent recurrence of consumer and customer complaints.
Develop training modules to strengthen operators’ skills.
Own Rapid methods technology and train operators.
Be part of the QM Pillar.
Education / Certifications
4‑year University Degree (Engineering).
Fluent English;
the selection process will be in English.

Travel requirements: none.
Work schedule: 8h/day – 40h/week.
Location: Granollers.
Start: December 2025.
Duration: 12 months.
Compensation: €1,000 gross per month.
