Opportunity
We're looking for a Technical Solutions Consultant who wants to be the bridge between business and technology. Someone who speaks both languages – finance AND tech – and enjoys solving complex integration puzzles that actually matter.
This role is perfect if:
- You get excited about understanding HOW systems talk to each other
- You want to work with diverse clients, ERPs, and technical challenges daily
- You're looking to grow beyond pure technical work into pre‑sales, product, or management

Translation work (business ↔ tech)
- Map data fields between client ERPs and our platform
- Translate finance requirements (GL accounts, cost centers, analytical dimensions) into technical specifications
- Understand how invoices, delivery notes, and PO data should flow between systems
Integration coordination
- Work with our dev team to ensure connectors are built correctly
- Test integrations with clients before go‑live
- Determine the best connection approach (API calls in/out, webhooks, etc.)
- Use Postman to map data structures and create technical documentation
Client & team collaboration
- Work alongside Customer Success Specialists on every onboarding (you’re the technical brain behind the scenes)
- Jump into pre‑sales when Fernando needs backup
- Communicate directly with client finance teams (90% of your stakeholders)
- Coordinate with client IT departments and ERP partners when needed
Reality check: You’ll manage ~5 concurrent projects.
Qualifications
- Business background: Degree in business administration, economics, or similar (you need to understand finance, not just APIs)
- ERP knowledge: You’ve worked with ERPs and understand how they structure financial data
- Integration experience: You know what API integration looks like in practice
- Postman proficiency: You can create API calls and map data structures
- Financial literacy: GL accounts, cost centers, and invoice workflows make sense to you
- Consulting mindset: Ideally from IT consulting in finance (think Accenture, Indra, or boutique consultancies)
- Languages: Fluent Spanish + strong English (you’ll work with Pakistan team daily)
- Master’s degree in data analytics, IT, or related field
- Experience at technical consultancies (Accenture’s Coritel, similar)
- Background in integration projects or middleware platforms
- You’ve been the "translator" between business stakeholders and dev teams before
