*JOB PURPOSE: *
Drive innovation and lead our business to new heights by spearheading the Digital Supply Chain (DSC) team. Collaborate with visionary leaders and diverse colleagues in a global environment, unlocking your full potential.

*KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *
* Develop and maintain advanced analytics and dashboards to monitor Supply Chain KPIs, especially in Planning and Sustainability.
* Use SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker) to extract, clean, and analyze operational data from data elements in semantic layer and data lake elements.
* Work closely with business users to understand reporting and digital tool requirements that provide actionable insights, analyze fit/gaps for business processes.
* Based on your end-to-end overview of SC Planning and Sustainability Reporting technology, and based on strong knowledge of both IT systems and industry state-of-the-art, you will collaborate with business teams and Excellence teams to continuously bring improvements to the Ice Cream Company's Supply Chain capabilities.
*Experience Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED: *
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
* Proven experience as a Data Analyst in supply chain management or a related field, ideally with exposure to global operations
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, or digital supply chain technologies.
*Technical & Analytical Skills *
* Intermediate to advanced proficiency with analytical tools (SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, etc.); Databricks experience is a plus.
* Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar.
* Strong problem-solving and data storytelling skills to translate operational challenges into digital solutions.
* Experience with digital supply chain technologies and data management.
* Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics for supply chain applications.
* Knowledge of supply chain best practices and emerging trends (e.g., AI, IoT)
*Operational & Project Management Skills *
* Strong understanding of end-to-end planning operations and inventory management concepts.
* Ability to execute strategic goals, aligning them with business objectives.
* Proficiency in managing complex projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
* Ability to identify and implement innovative solutions to improve supply chain reporting processes.
Collaboration & Communication
* Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and stakeholders to drive impactful results.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between IT, supply chain business, and leadership.
* Ability to clearly communicate strategic vision and purpose to internal and external partners, utilizing multiple platforms to drive clarity.
* Ability to thrive in a team environment.
