Main activities will be:
To manage credit policy for auto/HE/Short channel activities by reviewing, analyzing and following up the portfolio quality and risk evolution.
Early risk indicators follow-up and quick reactions to comply with targets.
Acceptance metrics follow-up to bring the best support to business by optimizing approval and time to decision.
Prepare monthly local and group credit committee reports.
Leadership of the team encouraging compliance with high standards as a facilitator more than a controller.
Communicate with other company areas to collaborate and understand business, operational, finance and compliance needs.
Manage credit reporting and credit analytics to improve automatic decision‑making.
Manage Fraud prevention team to anticipate and prevent all types of credit fraud.
Define and implement credit policies and risk acceptance strategies.
Lead and develop a high‑performing credit risk team.
Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in Spain and the Group CAPFM.
Apply analytical techniques and statistical models to support credit decisions.
Monitor portfolio performance and adjust credit strategies accordingly.
Profile
Proven experience in consumer credit within the Spanish market.
Deep knowledge of auto, personal, home equipment loans, and revolving credit.
Strong command of analytics.
Knowledge of acceptance and credit risk KPIs.
Excellent leadership skills, strategic mindset, communication, and results orientation.
