Account Executives are an elite brgroup of salespeople with strengths that cover the duration of the sales cycle — from brprospecting to acquisition and activation. They own their market segments with a brsolution-oriented approach and use their know-how to grow our customer base at brlightning speed. brWe're looking for an Account Executive to provide an absolutely excellent experience for brour customers. Someone who can effectively identify opportunities, conduct outreach, brand drive deals through the funnel, owning closing and end-to-end activation. brIf you're a motivated individual who enjoys a challenge and acts with integrity at all brtimes, we'd love to hear from you. brWhat you'll be doing brOutreaching prospects across multiple touch points and channels, with an emphasis on cold-calling brDeveloping and executing a robust lead-sourcing strategy by identifying key verticals, diversifying your prospects base, and maintaining consistent activity levels brBuilding and managing your own pipeline, from prospecting to closing and account management, maximising adoption and upsell/cross-sell opportunities brLiaising customer relationships with Revolut internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience, from getting started to daily usage brBeing autonomous to effectively balance your time (prospect vs. close vs. upsell), activate internal resources, and engage your team brUsing solution-based selling to understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition brBecoming a product expert on Revolut Business, its market positioning, and the solutions it offers, backed by relevant, compelling case studies What you'll need brFluency in Spanish brFluency in English br1+ year of demonstrable commercial experience, particularly in outbound sales and prospecting brExcellent communication skills and articulation over the phone brImpeccable literacy skills (email, Linked In outreach) brA keen interest in launching a career in a high-performing sales culture brProven determination and accountability to succeed in a fast-paced environment brA willingness to help outside of your main job to make sure customers have a great experience. brCuriosity and an attitude of a quick data-oriented learner who thrives in a brdynamic, collaborative environment brEffective time management and organisation skills to balance customer engagement, deal closing, and CRM administration Nice to have brA degree in finance or a business-related subject brAn entrepreneurial, problem-solving mindset brTo be a deal closer with a positive, creative, and innovative attitude brExperience in a reputable start-up brImpressive cross-functional project management skills brTo be comfortable in a complex selling environment with the ability to communicate with decision makers at many levels Building a global financial super app isn't enough.
