- Main responsibilities
- Obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, skills development and product knowledge development
- Manage sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining process where possible, advising senior management on maximising business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish
- Manage the sales team, develop a business plan covering sales, revenue and expense controls, meeting agreed targets mainly in line with our principals requirements.
- Ensure that sales representatives activities are in line with Wilhelmsen code of conduct
- Monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports, sales meetings, newsletters and bulletins
- Implement appraisal system that describes the responsibilities and performance standards for each member of the sales team, set individual targets and commissions and administer the commission plan.
- Provide ongoing training for the sales team so that they possess sufficient knowledge to present information on the company’s products and services in an accurate and balanced manner
- Ensure monthly reporting and development of business with strategic partners
- Gathering marketing intelligence about customers, competitors, suppliers, regulations and industry trends
- Use of quality system like GIMS to record improvement potential, non
- conformity, customer complaints and positive feedback

**Qualifications**:
Mandatory requirements
- 08 years of experience in Freight & Logistics Sales.
- Fluent communication skills
- Excellent computer skills for Microsoft office.
- Strong knowledge of Internet functionalities
