CDC are proud to be working with a European CRO, focused on central lab services for both small and large molecules. We are looking to grow the commercial team in Europe and hire an Inside Sales Manager to help with lead generation and brand awareness. The company offers a broad spectrum of services and solutions in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, Medical Device, Cell & Gene Therapy and Cosmetic industries, with HQ in Switzerland
Locations Responsibilities
* Customer Relationship Management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
* Act as the primary point of contact for small to medium-sized accounts.
* Handle inbound inquiries from customers regarding small projects or order sizes.
* Provide quotes, process orders, and track progress with precision and efficiency.
* Collaborate with technical teams to ensure customer needs are met.
* Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
* Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales activities and pipeline progress.
* Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operational teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (life sciences, chemistry, business, or related discipline).
* 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related role; experience in the pharmaceutical/CDMO/CRO industry is a plus.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
* Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
* Enthusiasm for working with a global team and handling a high volume of customer interactions.
