About the role
We are currently seeking a motivated professional to join our Anaesthesia Sales Team, based in Andalucia and contribute to the ongoing success of our growing global business. In this role, you will collaborate with distributor sales teams to deliver clinical and product training across various hospital departments: NORA and Operating Room areas.
Success will be driven by effective sales strategies, customer education, regular marketing presentations, and continuous market development.
You will work closely with our existing sales team, focusing on the hospital and acute care markets, to develop pathways that lead to successful sales outcomes. Building long-term relationships and delivering exceptional customer service are at the heart of what we do. You’ll be involved in sales, high-level technical support, training, and education for a range of world-leading products. Patience, persistence, and a passion for success are essential in this role. Effective territory management, self-motivation and planning are vital.
Key Responsibilities
* Support product adoption through in-service training and clinical evaluations.
* Identify and prioritize key accounts and stakeholders in coordination with the sales and marketing teams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clinicians and opinion leaders to stay informed on evolving clinical practices and needs.
* Provide insights on market trends and competitor activity to internal stakeholders.
* Ensure immediate, continuous, and consistent reporting through our CRM platform to support business transparency and strategic planning.
About you
You may come from a medical, biomedical, or technical/engineering background, ideally with a bachelor’s degree, and have hands-on experience in operating room areas. You might be looking to transition into a sales environment, or you may already have 3–4 years of experience in clinical or sales roles within the medical device industry, with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical concepts.
Knowledge and experience with the Andalusian Regional Government’s procurement platforms will be considered an asset.
Regardless of your background, we will provide you with the training and support needed to succeed. In addition, you will have excellent communication skills and the ability to influence a wide range of people. xbhjioe A Company car is included, and the ability to travel nationally for on average one/two night per week is integral to your success in this role.
