Job Description
We are looking to hire a Sales Director to join our team in Madrid, leading the Hygiene Business in Spain, reporting to the Managing Director. This role focuses on accelerating growth and achieving goals in Spain, leading a team of 4 direct reports and a full salesforce of around 40 people, with potential to grow the team as needed.
Main responsibilities
* Create, define and implement the commercial strategy of the company, working with the General Manager
* Define business objectives and KPIs, then design strategies to achieve them, with the team
* Starting from the needs and consumption habits of potential customers, establish pricing policies, sales conditions and channels, adapting the policies of the company to the local area
* Identify business opportunities, then promote synergies between customers and companies for greater productivity and customer satisfaction
* Direct the sales activities of the region
* Manage and supervise Sales Managers and a full salesforce, and design / implement the structure of the commercial department while minimizing turnover
Main requirements
* 5+ years of experience in a Sales Management role
* Previous experience in a service company
* Experience managing a high budget and achieving sales results
* Experience leading Sales Managers and salesforces
* Experience in sales strategic management and KPIs definition
* Fluent in Spanish and English
* Bachelor’s Degree / MBA (Economics or BA preferred but not essential)
