Main functions / tasks:
1. Monitoring project planning and its revisions.
2. Ensuring compliance with key dates and milestones, and following up on activity progress.
3. Coordination of involved departments, subcontractors, and customers for resource and material management.
4. Analysis and management of risks and opportunities.
5. Ensuring project scope is achieved across all dimensions.
6. Leading and coordinating the on-site team to meet project scope.
7. Overseeing subcontractors in supply, timing, and quality for each discipline.
8. Providing on-site support to key deployment figures: Site Manager, Integration Manager, Commissioning Engineer.
9. Maintaining proper communication with customers and on-site disciplines.
10. Understanding customer needs and building trust.
11. Seeking new opportunities for improvement.
Experience and skills:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably with experience in a B2B environment.
* Minimum 5 years of project management experience in industrial installations or industrial project implementation.
* Natural leadership with excellent communication and motivational skills.
* Dynamic problem solver with determination to deliver challenging projects.
* Strong analytical skills and logistic understanding of customer processes.
* Creative approach to building professional client relationships.
* Ability to work in an international environment, especially within a project organization.
Language skills:
Strong proficiency in Spanish and English (C1), both verbal and written. Additional languages are a plus. Willingness to travel on-site.
