Project lead and "end to end" management for IT applications projects

· Lead Project planning, data migration execution, technical architecture definition, and different
partners coordination
· Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors.
· Risk management: Identify interdependencies, issues and risks throughout the project lifecycle
(allocation, management and utilization of project personnel and budget), including cost control.
· Technical environments configuration coordination.
Project governance and change management.
· University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or related field of study
· Minimum 5 years of Project management experience in an international and global environment for
ERP projects.
· Proven track record in running complex Oracle Net Suite ERP and other IT projects in a general scale,
including organizational change management activities.
· Proven ability in planning and organizing, advising, and leading stakeholders and project team
members, in a continuously changing environment.
· A history of working in a matrixed multicultural organization structure (multiple business
units/countries reporting into a group functions)
· Excellent communication, negociation and influencing skills, proven availability to interact effectively
at and across all organizational levels.

· Fluent written and verbal command of English, any other language is a plus.
