Role Description
As a Country Manager for LGIM Robotics, you will lead the development and execution of operational strategies to drive business growth in the Spanish market. Responsibilities include managing local business operations, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing sales and marketing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, monitoring market trends, and coordinating with global teams to align with the company's objectives. xhfqzwm This is a full-time hybrid position based in Madrid, Spain, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Strategic planning, business development, and operations management skills
- Proven expertise in sales, marketing, and client relationship management
- Experience in robotics, industrial automation, or intelligent manufacturing industries
- Proficiency in financial analysis, budget management, and performance monitoring
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English;
additional language skills are a plus
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred)
