Role Description:
We are seeking Junior Functional Consultants with a strong desire to learn, contribute, and grow within digital transformation projects in the financial sector. You will join a dynamic team, working alongside technology and business experts to design functional solutions that drive the transformation of banking and financial institutions.
Key responsibilities:
• Analyze business processes and needs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Define functional requirements and translate them into clear specifications for technical teams.
• Participate in implementation, enhancement, or system migration projects within the banking sector.
• Collaborate with users, business teams, and development teams to ensure solutions meet project objectives.
• Contribute to the preparation of functional documentation (user stories, use cases, process flows, etc.).
• Perform functional validations (UAT) and provide support during deployment phases.
• Propose improvements based on your understanding of the market, client needs, and technology.

Requirements:
• Up to 3 years of experience in IT projects.
• Previous experience in banking or financial consulting is a must.

• Residence in Madrid or surrounding areas.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into functional solutions.
• Motivation to learn, proactive attitude, and curiosity for innovation in the financial sector.
