The objective of this position is to provide office support within the buses commercial area of the distributor, reporting to the Director of the area. Some of the functions you will perform in this position are the following :
Responsibilities
* Provide general support to the Director of the area (report administration, document consolidation, statistics generation, coordination of commercial meetings, minutes generation, activity and project management, etc.).
* Provide administrative support to the ASM team in the Delivery Planning process, from order release to factory to delivery of units, including post-delivery document management in coordination with other areas (warranties, RM contracts, FMS, Financing, Insurance, etc.).
* Plan all activities (Delivery Plan) from chassis arrival at the factory to customer delivery, monitoring and timely informing the ASM of potential deviations.
* Manage business aids, internal and with the factory (communication in English).
* Coordinate and manage business with International Fleet Sales (communication in English).
* Coordinate direct sales expansions if necessary, with SF or external financial entities.
* Occasionally manage loan agreements for Demonstration Vehicles and assist with Plan Moves if applicable for direct distributor accounts.
* Participate in interdepartmental activities to propose improvements and gain efficiency in processes (Scania Way-SRS).

Minimum Requirements
* Proactive, creative attitude with customer orientation.
* Relevant higher education or equivalent experience.
* Moderate proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Moderate English language skills, both spoken and written.
