PThe bProject Manager /b is responsible for the internal coordination and technical execution of projects, ensuring delivery in line with agreed timelines, quality, and technical requirements. This role leads cross-functional teams and collaborates closely with the Customer Account Managers to scope projects based on client requirements and company capabilities, and then coordinates the RD, quality and production departments for successful project delivery. /ppbr/ppbMain areas of responsibility and tasks: /b /ppbr/ppbProject Planning and Management /b /pulliDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource allocation. /liliCollaborate closely with RD, Process Engineering, Quality, and other stakeholders to align process development efforts with organizational goals. /liliCoordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. /liliMonitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery. /li /ulpbStakeholder Management /b /pulliCollaborate with primary contact (Customer Account Manager) keeping stakeholders informed of project status, risks, and issues. /liliProvide technical guidance to project teams. PhD battery related topic is a plus /li /ulpbAdditional trainings /b /pulliTraining or certification in Project Management or related fields. /li /ulpbExperience /b /pulliMinimum of 3 years of experience in project management and/or product development, preferably in the Automotive or battery cell manufacturing industry. /liliEssential to have strong experience in battery cell development (Li-ion batteries or next generation batteries) understanding for automotive and non-automotive applications. /liliPrior experience in battery cell design and tests (electrochemical and safety). /liliAlso, experience with new product introduction (NPI) process and development validation activities /li /ulpbLanguages /b /pulliFluent in English; other European languages are advantageous. /li /ul
