Help ensure content compliance and respond to advertiser questions. Support performance tracking and contribute to team initiatives. Help onboard businesses and guide them through the setup process. Learn and share knowledge about regional verification practices. Take part in varied tasks in a collaborative and fast-moving environment. Requirements C2 level of English. Experience in customer service or support roles. Clear communication skills and strong organizational habits. Ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related fields is a plus. 1.5 years Experience in compliance or verification roles is desirable. General knowledge of home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical).
