Job Description
The Gameloft Barcelona Studio has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Game Community Manager to join their team of community experts working on Disney Speedstorm.
As a Senior Game Community Manager, you will be part of a passionate team dedicated to building rewarding community experiences for our engaged players and fans worldwide. Your main responsibilities include defining, developing, and managing community content and experiences to keep players entertained and engaged. You will work with a Junior Community Manager to care for the communities and relay feedback to support ongoing game improvements. A deep understanding of gaming communities and a passion for Disney is essential.
Community Channel & Content Strategy — 50 to 60%
* Develop and produce evergreen content strategies for social media networks aligned with game priorities.
* Collaborate with the Licensor to ensure content plans are appealing and meet standards.
* Provide players with updates, tutorials, promotions, and event information.
* Manage content creation processes, optimize workflows, and track KPI performance.
Campaign & Community Activation — 20%
* Plan and execute community activations for major milestones.
* Analyze campaign performance and share insights for continuous improvement.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to amplify community initiatives.
* Develop conversational channels to strengthen community bonds.
* Work with the Junior Community Manager to ensure coverage and engagement strategies are effective.
Planning & Project Management — 20%
* Coordinate with licensors and internal teams to plan community projects.
* Utilize tools for impact analysis and trend monitoring.
* Create presentations and reports to communicate plans and insights.
Main Performance Indicators

Qualifications
* 2-4 years in a similar role within the gaming industry
* Gamer at heart with a passion for gaming experiences
* KPI-driven and analytical mindset
* Experience with community KPIs and social media platforms
* Experience working with licensor processes
* Proficiency with community tools and content creation software
* Relationship-building skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
