We're committed to fostering a culture of creativity, belonging and continuous learning, attracting and developing the brightest talent, and providing exciting career opportunities that help our people grow.Responsibilities:Assist in preparing and adapting digital assets for various formats (web, social, display, CRM, banners, etc.)Support the creation and versioning of artwork across different campaigns and marketsWork closely with Artworkers, Designers, and Project Managers to ensure final deliverables meet brand guidelines and technical specsMaintain consistency across multiple outputs while ensuring high visual qualityPrepare files for delivery to media partners or platforms, ensuring accuracy and complianceLearn and apply basic knowledge of colour management, file compression, resolution, and responsive design principlesSupport the team in maintaining asset libraries and naming conventionsParticipate in feedback rounds and make required adjustments efficientlyRequirements:Recently graduated or currently studying in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Communication, or a related fieldBasic skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesignFamiliarity with digital formats and platforms (e.g., social media, Google Ads, HTML5 banners) is a plusExcellent attention to detail and a strong sense of layout and typographyEagerness to learn, take feedback, and work in a fast-paced production environment.Ability to manage time and priorities under guidanceA portfolio or examples of digital work (even academic) is highly recommendedConditionsDynamic and creative work environmentInternational company with great growth potentialOn-site practices with possibility of telecommutingAccess to training25 hours per week (5 hours daily between 9:00 and 18:00)Our Hogarth Values:Hands onNo egos here.
