HWA Product Sales Specialist Lead, EuropeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a high-energy, curious and motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing HWA Uno product team at HCL Software in Europe. This is an ideal opportunity for someone early in their tech sales career who wants to build deep domain knowledge, gain international experience, and grow into a Product Sales Specialist role.As an SDR, your core mission is to create qualified sales opportunities by engaging target accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and setting up high-quality meetings for the Product Sales Specialist team. You will become an expert in the HWA (Workload Automation) and AI space and develop an understanding of the challenges our enterprise customers face in managing complex IT environments.Key Responsibilities- Partner with the Product Sales Specialists, Marketing, and Demand Generation teams to drive outreach campaigns focused on strategic accounts across Europe .- Identify, research, and prospect into target accounts to uncover pain points and business needs.- Craft personalized outreach across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, phone) to initiate conversations with key decision-makers.- Your core objective will be to identify and create qualified meetings for the Product Sales Specialist team in Europe.- Capture and maintain accurate information in our CRM and sales tools.- Continuously learn and stay up to date on the HWA Uno product, customer use cases, and competitive landscape.- Contribute to team strategy by sharing insights, testing new approaches, and supporting regional demand initiatives.What You'll Gain- Structured training and ongoing mentorship to build expertise in Workload Automation, AI and enterprise IT environments.- Hands-on experience collaborating in a cross-functional, international team .- Exposure to enterprise sales strategy and progression opportunities into a Product Sales Specialist role.- A front-row seat in one of Europe's most dynamic B2B software teams, working on a high-impact, fast-growth product. This is one of the most powerful and exciting products in HCL's portfolio.What We're Looking For- 2–3 years of experience in a business development, sales, or customer-facing role — preferably in B2B tech or SaaS.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills — you're confident speaking with senior stakeholders.- Fluent in English & Spanish;
