Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Lead Engineer to oversee the design, development, and commissioning of electrical systems and instrumentation for a state-of-the-art electric car battery component factory. The role includes managing scope, budget, and quality for assigned technology packages while ensuring seamless integration into overall project goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the engineering team in designing, testing, and commissioning electrical and instrumentation systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.
- Develop maintenance and reliability programs.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
Qualifications and Skills
- Master’s degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
- 7+ years in E&I; engineering, preferably in automotive or battery manufacturing.
- Expertise in electrical circuits, PLCs, SCADA systems, and instrumentation devices.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Additional Details
- Remote work possible with site visits as needed.
- Travel (10%) required, primarily within Spain.
- Long-term collaboration envisioned.
