You will drive process improvements, support regional and global initiatives, and collaborate closely with a wide network of internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality, Trade Compliance, and Master Data Governance. /ppIn this position, you will shape how key operational processes are designed, documented, and executed - ensuring data integrity, compliance, and efficiency across the region. /ppbr/ppThis is a bpart‑time position (permanent contract) /b and can be based in bUithoorn (NL), Barcelona (Spain), Moncalieri (Italy), or Dortmund (Germany). /b /ppbr/ppIt’s a great opportunity for a detail‑oriented, analytical, and collaborative professional who enjoys problem‑solving, process optimisation, and cross‑functional teamwork. /ppbr/ppbWhat will you do? /b /pulliParticipate in, support, and coordinate process improvement projects, including regional and global Master Data Process initiatives. /liliAdvise on and initiate improvements to processes, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring alignment with business needs and local regulatory requirements. /liliCreate, review, and map process flows, narratives, procedures, and work instructions in collaboration with project teams. /liliEnsure all updated procedures and work instructions are published in the QH Quality Management System and deliver training to end‑users. /liliSet up new items in the ERP system (and coordinate with local teams using non‑QH ERPs) to ensure readiness for operational transactions. /liliCoordinate the item‑voiding process and perform required updates in systems of record. /liliConduct regular master data audits and drive corrective actions to ensure ongoing compliance with governance standards. /liliSupport regional SME teams and contribute to cross‑functional projects impacting master data or process design. /liliContribute to consistent regional Supply Chain/Operations processes and support day‑to‑day execution monitoring. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat are we looking for? /b /ppbr/ppbExperience: /b /pulliMinimum b5 years /b in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related environment, with strong ERP experience. /li /ulpbEducation: /b /pulliBachelor’s degree required. /li /ulpbSkills: /b /pulliStrong analytical and problem‑solving skills. /liliExcellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across functions and regions. /liliComfortable with change and able to adjust direction quickly. /liliStrong teamwork and stakeholder‑management capabilities. /liliStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel PowerPoint; knowledge of JD Edwards is a plus. /liliProficiency in bEnglish /b (spoken and written).
