In this role you will lead end-to-end recruitment for Liebherr's new Madrid IT Service Center, focusing on SAP S/4HANA and IT security roles. You will partner with the HR4IT team in Germany and Spain, local HRBP, and the Spain Shared Service Center to build a strong talent pipeline. The position emphasizes stakeholder advisory, candidate experience, and cross-border collaboration as part of a global transformation. This opportunity offers hands-on setup of a new office, hybrid work, and meaningful impact on shaping the IT team and recruiting standards.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in a (senior) Recruiter role
• Experience in IT and/or SAP S/4HANA environments
• Ability to work independently and drive end-to-end recruitment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with responsibility and process co-design abilities
• Cultural competence for diverse, international environments
• Fluent in English and good Spanish; knowledge of German is a plus
