At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for a highly skilled AI Specialist to join a integral initiative focused on transforming how content is created, managed, and delivered across multiple channels across a large-scale consumer healthcare organization.This role sits at the intersection of AI, cloud engineering, and marketing technology, driving end-to-end AI solutions from concept to production.Main responsibilities:Design and deliver end-to-end AI-powered solutions to automate content generation and managementBuild and deploy scalable applications using Microsoft Azure AI servicesIntegrate LLMs, image and video generation models into real business workflowsDevelop and maintain data pipelines to connect AI models with enterprise systemsLead initiatives from POC to MVP to enterprise-scale deploymentCollaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, IT)Ensure AI governance, compliance, and performance monitoringWho are you?8+ years of experience in software development, with strong exposure to AI/ML engineeringHands-on experience with:Azure AI FoundryAzure AI SearchAzure Document IntelligenceAzure Cognitive ServicesStrong experience with:LLMs (prompting, fine-tuning, RAG)Generative AI (image/video)Solid background in:Python + one additional language (e.G.
