This is a Temporary posit ion!This position is key to ensuring an excellent user experience, maintaining IT service continuity, and guaranteeing the proper functioning of the local technological environ ment.What will y ou do: Provide on-site (proximity) support to users, resolving incidents related to devices and office equi pment. Manage IT inventory, including stock checks and warehouse co ntrol. Coordinate the shipment and reception of equipment between of fices. Prepare and configure equipment (laptops, desktops, and mobile devices), ensuring proper setup. Keep IT assets updated in corporate management tools. Collaborate as local technical support in internal pro jects. Act as a point of contact between users and technical teams, facilitating fast incident resol ution. Execute service requests following established procedures and stan dards. Provide support for meetings and events, including room setup and c hecks.What will make you succ essful: Customer-oriented mindset and strong service at titude. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Good communication skills and ability to work in dynamic team enviro nments.
