The Role
We’re looking for a Growth Product Designer who’s equal parts creative and analytical to help Deel unlock new levels of user engagement, product adoption and retention. You’ll be at the intersection of product, design and growth, crafting intuitive experiences, running experiments, and turning insights into measurable impact.
Duties
* Design user-centric solutions that drive key growth metrics (activation, engagement, retention, monetization).
* Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, data analysts, and marketers to define, test, and iterate on growth hypotheses.
* Design prototypes and high-fidelity mockups that clearly communicate design intent.
* Collaborate with different design teams to ensure a seamless user experience across product areas.
* Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform decisions, identify friction points, and optimize the user journey.
* Understand AB testing frameworks and liaise with data on testing and results.
* Balance product and business goals with exceptional user experience.
* Contribute to our evolving design system and push visual and interaction standards forward through motion.
Requirements
* At least 7 years of end-to-end product design experience for web and app.
* Proven Growth experience.
* Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI skills, experimentation work, and measurable outcomes.
* Deep understanding of product metrics, user behavior analytics, and A/B testing.
* Familiarity with Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar data analytics tools.
* Comfort working in fast-paced environments.
* Strong communication and storytelling skills.
* Ability to be involved in the end-to-end development process, from ideation to design QA.
* Decision-making with an action bias and ability to know when to go deep or move quickly.
* Passion for design.
Nice to have
* Experience designing onboarding flows, virality features, pricing pages, or subscription models.
* Ability to do advanced prototyping using progressive disclosure rather than static pages.
