Ideally looking for an individual based in either Italy or Spain, the role would be covering HPE's southern european region.THE PERSON: Fluent English communicatorAn intense drive to "win," combined with sound business perspectiveHigh level of confidence, maturity and integrityOpen communication style and presence to work effectively at a leadership levelHonest and trustworthy in dealings with internal/external customers, colleagues and stakeholdersAbility to listen to the customer and articulate the customer's needs internallyBroad leadership skills with ability to motivate, mentor and retain top talentDemonstrated ability for longer‐range strategic vision and planningInternational business experience, able to work across highly diverse and specialized geographies and culturesWillingness to travel 50‐60% of the time (mostly in EMEA + occasional transatlantic).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Define and implement sales‐out strategies and quality account plans that grow revenue base and market shareAssess, mentor and grow the teams inside HPE to drive revenue growth and market shareDefine and execute the regional enterprise sales‐out/sell-through strategy with the customerGrow enterprise CPU & GPU sales & market shareBe part of a global AMD enterprise sales‐out team and work with a network of sales‐out specialists, FAEs and generalists to drive the customer's direct sales bid participation and distribution/partner sales opportunitiesPartner with executives, pre‐sales and product marketing organizations on business growth opportunitiesExpand business relationships with key stakeholdersEstablish a quarterly business review cadenceOrganize and support events and training and leverage AMD marketing & event teams to enhance AMD presence and amplify the partnershipWork closely with AMD Business Units to ensure the necessary operations requirements are in place to drive efficient transactions with the customerCoordinate and close sales pipeline opportunities between the customer's regional teams and AMDFunnel new market opportunities to the AMD design‐in and business unit teamsDevelop cross‐division partnerships to establish synergistic solutions for large customersActively mine for future opportunities, assess risks, dissect and learn from key wins/loss#LI-DH1#LI-REMOTEBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.AMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee‐based recruitment services.
