As the Business Development Manager for the Global Solutions division, you will build and manage the Polish sales market through direct project specifications. You will develop business via a network of System Integrators, ASSA ABLOY sister companies, and local resellers. Your approach will influence emerging business opportunities with end-users, specifiers, consultants, resellers, and partners.What You Will Do
Identify and develop new business opportunities by getting Traka specified on projects, directly or through specifiers and consultants.Engage with regional ASSA ABLOY sister companies to develop networks and generate leads and project opportunities.Develop and manage reseller and channel partner sales opportunities in Poland.Drive end-user engagement and knowledge of Traka solutions in Poland.Achieve annual sales growth aligned with the Traka (East Europe) strategic plan.Define, implement, and deliver the strategic action plan for the Polish market.Perform any other duties to support company objectives.Skills and Experience Needed
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent work experience in business or engineering.Minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role.Regional knowledge of the security market, including major commercial, industrial, government, and critical infrastructure sectors.Proficiency in Polish and English, both spoken and written;
Spanish is a plus.Availability to travel frequently within Poland and Spain, as this is a remote field role.Application Process
