What will you do :
* Build and manage relationships with SMS suppliers to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Optimize SMS routing for reliability, cost-efficiency, and performance
* Monitor and troubleshoot SMS delivery issues, such as delays or failures
* Ensure compliance with SMS regulations (e.g., TCPA, GDPR, CTIA)
* Collaborate with engineering teams and clients to enhance SMS performance
Requirements :
1. Minimum 1 year of experience with SMS
2. Good command of English (spoken and written)
